Jeff Rosenheck, a 2013 graduate of Elmira College in Emergency Management and Disaster Preparedness, has been an EMT for over 15 years, working for various NY and PA agencies, including volunteer and paid services, transport services, and QRS services. In 2013, Jeff opened his own training company, Lifesaving Outreach Services, geared to community and First Responder courses, the company has blossomed and now offers NAEMT, PA State Fire Academy, ASHI, AHA, EMS, and Red Cross courses while also designing original courses for training.

Jeff has served as a volunteer EMS Captain, Fire Captain, and has been a field supervisor during his EMS career. He presently teaches for the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Jeff has also served as a 911 Dispatcher, 911 Dispatcher Trainer, County Emergency Management Coordinator and hospital based Emergency Management Coordinator for a regional trauma center, focusing on the Ebola crisis. Jeff has designed several full scale exercises, including a major multi-agency MCI drill in May 2024 for a county fair. Jeff holds credentials as a NAEMT instructor, ProBoard Fire Instructor 1 and 2, ProBoard Vehicle Technical Rescuer, ProBoard Hazardous Materials Operations and as a Pennsylvania Professional Emergency Management County Coordinator. Jeff also holds secondary education teaching certifications in NY and PA.

When not teaching, Jeff's passions are spending time with his son, traveling, spending time on Keuka Lake and downhill skiing.
