Amy Eisenhauer brings over 25 years of EMS experience, having served in diverse operational, supervisory, managerial, and executive roles across clinical and educational environments. She currently serves as the EMS for Children Program Manager in New York, where she supports system development, provider education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and combines her academic background with real-world EMS insight to advocate for informed policy, mental health awareness, and leadership development in prehospital care. She is a nationally recognized speaker, having presented at numerous EMS and public safety conferences. Her writing has been featured in leading EMS trade publications, and she has contributed to several first responder texts focused on mental health and wellness for EMS providers.
