Frances Hall, NREMT-P, works as the one and only C Shift Paramedic in Granite Falls Fire District 17. She presented on improvising junctional tourniquets at the 2023 EMS World Expo following a win at the 2022 EMS World Expo "Stand and Deliver" contest. In 2024, she presented on Sepsis as well as Junctional Tourniquets at Fire and EMS Expo. She has further presented on numerous topics from mental health in the fire service to anaphylaxis at the 2025 Vital Signs Academy. Additionally, she has also authored several articles for EMSWorld about topics ranging from talking to upset people to crime scene best practices. She has a Bachelor's in Biology from Earlham College and an NREMT-P from Tacoma Community College.
