Leah Tilden is the Assessment Development Manager at Fisdap, with over 25 years of EMS experience and over 20 years in EMS education. At Fisdap, Leah is responsible for the delivery of valid, reliable, high-quality EMS exams. Leah earned her Doctorate in Education from Baylor University in Waco TX, and her research focuses on the preservice training of EMS educators. Leah has been a co-author on several key research studies and a speaker and poster presenter at the National Association of EMS Educators and the EMS World Expo, among others. In her free time, Leah's 13-year-old son keeps her busy with boy scouts, archery, and school activities; she's an avid member of Burn Boot Camp; and a self-proclaimed reluctant runner.
