Description

The FBI National Academy Associates (FBINAA) Comprehensive Officer Resilience Program® is a 3-day course designed to equip first responders with the skills and curriculum needed to change behavioral health cultures within themselves and their agencies. The program teaches first responders empirically validated resilience skills across four specific domains: mental, physical, social, and spiritual.

Core Program Domains & Skills

The curriculum measures and trains resilience across four pillars:

  • Mental: Developing critical thinking, managing mental stressors, practicing mindfulness, and interpersonal problem-solving.
  • Physical: Adopting healthy behaviors, nutrition, and understanding the mind-body connection.
  • Social: Engaging in healthy social networks and active listening.
  • Spiritual: Strengthening a set of core principles, values, or beliefs to sustain a sense of well-being and purpose.

This is a 3 day course, November 10, 11, 12, 2026.
