Description

The assumption is that the majority of stressors we face as emergency workers are from the calls we attend, which may be true for some. But, for most of us, most stressors come from controllable factors. In this session, Dan defines the controllable and non-controllable stressors in our profession and ways to recognize, minimize, or even eliminate the stressors we can control.
