Jonathan Powell, ImageTrendEpidemiologistJonathan Ready Powell, NRP, PhD, is an EMS researcher and epidemiologist with ImageTrend. He is a nationally recognized speaker and subject matter expert in EMS research, focusing on clinical care, workforce dynamics, educational success, and research methodology. He holds a PhD in Epidemiology from The Ohio State University and leverages this education to advance EMS science and improve patient outcomes. His professional background includes experience as a rural paramedic, program director for the paramedic educational program at the University of South Alabama, and research fellow at the National Registry of EMTs. Currently based in Mobile, Alabama, he continues to contribute to evidence-based practice and innovation in prehospital care.
Description
The health and stability of the EMS workforce begin with strong educational foundations.
