The Vital Signs Conference 2026 is seeking dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging speakers to help shape this year’s educational program.
We invite EMS professionals, educators, medical providers, researchers, and innovators to submit session proposals that inspire, challenge, and elevate prehospital care. Whether you bring cutting-edge clinical insights, hands-on skills, leadership strategies, or fresh perspectives on wellness and resilience, we want to showcase your expertise. Join us in delivering high-quality education that strengthens the EMS community and advances patient care across New York State and beyond.


The Vital Signs audience includes EMTs, paramedics, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Specifically, we are looking for presentations in the following areas:

- Community Paramedicine
- Critical Care Paramedicine
- Education
- Fundamentals
- Health and Wellness
- Leadership and Management
- Operations
- Emergency Management
- EMS Special Operations
- Research
Main conference sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Pre-conference presentations typically vary from 4 to 8 hours in length.
The maximum number of proposals that are accepted for consideration is ten (10) proposals. Multiple proposals are encouraged.
Submissions are due by January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
