David Page, MS, NRP, is the director of the Prehospital Care Research Forum at UCLA and field paramedic with Allina EMS in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. He serves as the Director of EMS Education for EMS Corps and the Chair of the International Paramedic Registry. Mr. Page is an award winning national and international speaker. He is passionate about helping inner-city youth join the EMS workforce and was awarded the 2019 Scott B. Frame Service Award for his work teaching prehospital care in developing nations. He has over 39 years of EMS street experience.
