Is your EMS workforce representative of the communities it serves? Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access have never been more important in the development of EMS education and career preparation. NAEMSP members have been inspired by Freedom House and the success of cohort-based DEI programs like EMS Corps. But how does one fund such a program in our own communities? And once funded, how does the program ensure success for it to be sustainable? This session will focus on practical strategies to obtain funding and success for DEI workforce education program in EMS. Non-Core: Additional
