Luis is actively pursuing a degree in Human Rights at Columbia University, blending his EMS expertise with a commitment to social justice and equitable healthcare. His academic pursuits complement his professional accomplishments, which include published research and extensive public speaking experience. As an educator, Luis teaches clinical skills at Borough of Manhattan Community College, where he empowers the next generation of EMS professionals.
