Luis Castillo is a seasoned paramedic with over 30 years of experience in emergency medical services (EMS). Currently, Luis serves as a Clinical Quality Coordinator with Mount Sinai EMS, where he leads numerous quality improvement initiatives, including those focused on telehealth, CPR performance, and airway management. Luis is actively pursuing a degree in Human Rights at Columbia University, blending his EMS expertise with a commitment to social justice and equitable healthcare.
