Steven Kroll is the Executive Director and volunteer Chief of Delmar-Bethlehem EMS in Albany County, New York and an Associate Advisor at the Cambridge Consulting Group, a coalition of national EMS leadership experts. Steve is a member of the New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association (NYSVARA) Board of Directors and services as chair of their Legislative and Government Affairs Committee. Steve is a past Chair of the NYS Emergency Medical Service Council, is the Vice-Chair of the NAEMT Advocacy Committee, is the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Cobleskill Regional Hospital, and serves on the Board of the Bassett Healthcare Network. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo, a Master of Health Administration from Duke University and has extensive experience in health care policy and advocacy. Steve was the Vice President of Governmental Affairs at the Healthcare Association of NYS (HANYS) from 1996 to 2015. Prior to that, Steve was a health staffer for the United States Senate.
