The forum invites EMS professionals, educators, and students to submit original research that advances the science, education, or delivery of emergency medical services. Finalists will present their abstracts during a dedicated session at the conference, with judges selecting top entries for recognition on Saturday, November 15, 2025.

Abstract Submission Criteria
- Abstract submissions due by September 15, 2025 at 23:59
- Posters must be 24 inches x 36 inches in size
- Posters will be accepted if presented elsewhere September 2024 or after
- One member of team must be present for poster walk on Friday, November 14, 2025
- Abstract acceptance notifications will be provided by October 15, 2025
- Top three abstracts will be recognized at the Vital Signs Innovation Awards ceremony on Saturday, November 15, 2025
Top 3 poster submissions will receive complimentary registration for the main conference to Vital Signs 2026. Top poster submission will present their research at Vital Signs 2026!
