Jennifer Noce is an accomplished professional with expertise in critical care air medicine, known for her innovative approach and dedication to excellence. With a strong background in the industry and the Senior Director of Clinical Education for Air Methods, she has contributed to numerous projects and have been recognized for her leadership and impact.

She has been instrumental in transforming traditional education models, shifting from linear information delivery to a more engaging, thought-provoking approach that encourages critical thinking. Collaborating closely with the physician group and research groups, she contributed to the original development of the RSI checklist and recently updated it to include a pediatric RSI checklist based on data and supportive evidence.

Jennifer’s passion for aviation led her to earn her rotor wing pilot license, and she continues to serve as a specialist in both adult and pediatric ECMO. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer is dedicated to training therapy dogs and is passionate about developing recovery and healing programs that harness the power of the human-animal bond.
