Heather Gabriel serves as National Faculty for the NEMSMA Field Training and Evaluation Program; with 15 years of experience in EMS as an Emergency Medical Technician. As a Manager at RWJ Barnabas Health Mobile Health, the largest hospital owned EMS company in the nation, Mrs. Gabriel is responsible for the Recruitment and Training division including oversight of the onboarding process, FTEP program, Drivers Competency program, and position management. Mrs. Gabriel also is an active simulation competitor and Honor Guard Team Leader.
