Mitchell Cater-Cyker came to AMR in 2002 as an EMT. He attended paramedic training in Syracuse and progressed through the ranks as an FTO, Operations Supervisor, and EMS Data Analyst. He has worked on several special projects during his career, including the deployment of electronic patient care reporting and implementing system optimization technologies such as AVL, MDT, and dynamic deployment and system status management improvement. Most recently, he has led GMR nationally as the EMS Transformation Manager where he coordinates efforts to improve and evolve the delivery of care throughout the out-of-hospital healthcare system with a focus on combining emerging technologies and relationship building to provide care that is both data-driven and patient-centered.
