Jeff began his EMS journey in 2012 in Western New York, advancing from EMT-B to Paramedic through dedication and hard work. As Chief Compliance Officer, lead instructor, and NAEMT Affiliate Faculty at Excelsior EMS, he has shared his expertise since 2018, shaping future EMS providers. Jeff also serves as Training and Education Administrator for Twin City Ambulance and is a volunteer fire chief, earning Firefighter of the Year in 2018.

His exemplary care earned him the UBMD Award for Exceptional Patient Care and the Catholic Health Lifesaver Award in 2024. That same year, he earned a bachelor’s in EMS with a focus on education from Columbia Southern University. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys family time and relaxing with his dog, Ember. His leadership, compassion, and dedication continue to inspire those around him.
