The NAEMSP® Quality Improvement Workshop is design for EMS quality leaders and medical directors who want to improve the clinical quality of their service and need tools to be more effective. The course will apply the lessons of healthcare improvement to the challenges of EMS and out-of-hospital care. Drawing from national faculty, this course teaches the tenets of improvement science and how to practically apply these lessons to EMS agencies, larger EMS systems or a state-wide effort.  Course participants will need to bring their laptops or other device as they will learn data analysis techniques as part of the course.
